DELIVERY

Express Delivery €55: 5-10 working days from dispatch for

We offer free express shipping on all orders above €850.

We entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers such as Nova Poshta (for standard delivery) or DHL (for express delivery), depending upon the destination country.

Prices are not inclusive of international taxes and duties which must be paid according to the destination country’s legislation.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or holidays.

We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible timeframe and a confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way. As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all  orders are shipped out of KYIV, UKRAINE (not EU country) – WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased.

If your order is taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can check its progress using the tracking information sent in your order confirmation email.
